The minister of Niger Delta Affairs, Godswill Akpabio, has been summoned to appear before the House of Representatives Committee on Niger Delta over the alleged N40 billion missing from the coffers of the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC).(Wapbaze_Copyright)
