Angry mob attacks traffic robber in Lagos

An alleged traffic robber identified as Kazeem
Musbau was almost lynched on Friday for allegedly
dispossessing a motorist of her belonging.

The incident occurred around Berger Cement,
along Mile Two-Apapa Road, at about 7:00am.

The Nation gathered that the suspect with two
others at large, broke the side of a Highlander
Sports Utility Vehicle (SUV) driven by a woman,
Hellen Leleji and snatched her bag.

While fleeing the crime scene, Musbau was
reportedly caught by passersby who almost killed
him, but for the intervention of a police patrol

The policemen after rescuing the suspect,
recovered the stolen bag from him and took him to
the Kirikiri police station.

When contacted, the state’s police command
spokesman, Joseph Offor, a DSP, confirmed the
arrest of the suspect.
