Court rejects Sarakiâ€™s new application against CCT
High Court, Abuja, has rejected a new application
filed by Senate President, Bukola Saraki, for an
order of interim injunction stopping the Code of
Conduct Tribunal (CCT) from trying him.
The judge, in a ruling on Monday, a certified true
copy (CTC) of which The Nation sighted on
Wednesday, refrained from granting the prayer
sought by Saraki through an ex-parte application
argued by his lawyer, Raphael Oluyede.
Instead, the judge ordered Saraki to put the
respondents on notice by serving them with the
